Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, saute garlic in the olive oil just until tender.
  2. Add onions and saute until they are translucent.
  3. Process the tomatoes through a food mill and add to onion mixture.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Lower heat and simmer for 2-6 hours or until thickened.
  6. Adjust the seasonings to taste.
  7. Will cover 2 lbs. pasta.
