Buckeys Peanut Butter Chocolate Candy

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. PEANUT BUTTER MIXTURE:
  2. Place ingredients in large bowl. Mix with knives, then hands.
  3. Mixture will be crumbly like pie dough.
  4. When well mixed, take large handfuls and knead.
  5. Pinch off small amount and roll into small balls.
  6. Place on waxed paper on cookie sheet.
  7. Chill in refrigerator.
  8. CHOCOLATE DIP:
  9. Chip or grate Para-Wax into chocolate chips and melt in double boiler.
  10. Mix thoroughly.
  11. Remove from stove or leave on low heat.
  12. Stick toothpick in ball & dip each ball leaving small area around pick free of dip.
  13. Place on waxed paper on cookie sheet & refrigerate.
  14. (If you want the easy way out of the chocolate mixture, use chocolate flavored Almond Bark, or Melting Chocolate for Candy.)
  15. MAKES 6 LBS. OF BUCKEYES!
