Brussel Sprouts With Sour Creamhorseradish And Bac...

Ingredients:

  • 11/2 lbs brussel sprouts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • sour cream ,to taste
  • horseradish to taste
  • bacon ,to taste

Directions:

  1. Cur ens away from brussel sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
  2. Toss with oil.salt and pepper and roast on baking sheet for 35 to 40 mins. When don roasting ,toss with mixture of sour cream,horseradish and bacon. Serve hot
