Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a steamer set over boiling water,stream Brussel sprouts,covered 7-8 mins,until just tender. Drain under cold running water to stop them from cooking.(you can do this step 1 day in advance)
  2. In large skillet,heat oil and butter. Add nuts;cook over medium heat until golden brown. Add sprouts,salt ,pepper and sugar. Saute 1 to 2 minutes,until heated through!
