Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the sausage; drain the fat. Place the sausage in a greased 9x13 baking pan.
  2. Add the ham, monterey jack cheeseand chopped broccoli; toss lightly to combine.
  3. Beat the cream cheese briefly until creamy; gradually beat in the cream. Whisk in the eggs and seasonings; pour over everything in pan.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 350º 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
