Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Put everythingin a pot bring to boil and reduce heat with a tight lid and let simmer.
  2. Untill rice has absorbed liquid.
