Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook rice as usual but replace 6 tablespoons water with 6 tablespoons juice concentrate.
  2. Beat remaining ingredients except nuts together in pot then mix in rice.
  3. Cook 10 minutes until thick stirring constantly then spoon into dishes and chill.
  4. Sprinkle with nuts.
