Brown Lentils W/ Chicken Thigh

Ingredients:

  • 384 g lentils
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil lentils in ~ 6 cups of water and tumeric until all the water is absorbed/evaporated
  2. In a skillet brown onion in lemon juice and a tiny bit of oil, add chicken and spices as desired and cook until done
  3. Mix chicken and lentils together and eat alone or in tortilla
