Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 red snapper fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp sherry wine (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cream Roquefort, butter and sherry.
  2. Spread on fillets and broil until done or fish flakes easily with a fork.
