Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out and discard seeds.
  4. Place tomato halves on a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs over each tomato half, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Coat tomatoes lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
