Ingredients:

  • 8 cups rough chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 2 cups redi-crisp bacon
  • 1 cup maynaise
  • 1/4-1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins, and onion (if using).
  2. Mix maynaise,vinegar, and honey to make dressing.
  3. Pour dressing over broccoli combination and toss
  4. Chill
