Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash, spin, and chop the lettuce. Add to salad bowl.
  2. Core apples and slice very thinly (with a mandolin, if you have one). Add to salad bowl.
  3. Wash broccoli and cut into small, bite-size pieces. Add to salad bowl.
  4. Rinse and crumble feta. Add to salad bowl.
  5. Serve with a light vinaigrette.
