Broccoli Cauliflower Delight

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower till crisp tender, drain
  2. Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat and add the vegetables and cook and stir until the vegetables just start to brown ( about 5 mins)
  3. Add the pine nuts, garlic and raisins and cook till the nuts and garlic are lightly golden and raisins wilted
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Serve hot, cold or room temp
