Ingredients:

  • 1 - 16 oz. package. of broccoli thawed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees
  2. Put broccoli in about 1 inch of water boil till tender but firm about 4-6 min.drain.
  3. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.Stir in salt, flour and milk , Stir constantly until thick and bubbly . Stir in cream cheese until melted. Remove from heat, stir in broccoli.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crushed crackers over bottom of casserole dish. Pour broccoli mix over crackers and top with rest of crackers.
  5. Bake 30 min
