  2. Mix oleo, flour, and salt, cook till it makes a thick paste.
  3. Gradually add milk and stir until simi thick remove from heat
  4. Then
  5. Place broccoli, cheese, and eggs in alternate layers
  6. Cover with white sauce
  7. Crush cracker and place in skillet with 1/2 stick oleo heat till crackers are covered
  8. Sprinkle over casserole
  9. Bake 350 for 30 mins
