  1. Cook broccoli following inaructions on pkg. Drain real well Mix next 5 ingredients,fold into broccoli Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl,mix stuffing and melted butter. Spread over broccoli mixture. Bake for 30 mins at 350.
