Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender crisp. Drain well and reserve water.
  2. Melt butter in large saucepan and saute onion until tender.
  3. Blend in bouillon mix, flour, paprika & mustard. Gradually stir in milk and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Add cooked broccoli & salt. Re-heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL.
  7. Pass more grated cheese to sprinkle over individual servings.
