Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Sauté onions until browned.
  3. Add peppers until soft.
  4. Add mushrooms.
  5. Combine onion soup mix, wine, and ketchup.
  6. In foil lined pan, place 1/3 of the sauteed peppers.
  7. Place meat seasoned with the pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  8. Pour wine mixture on top.
  9. Arrange potatoes around sides.
  10. Add remaining peppers.
  11. Wrap airtight in foil and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 to 4 hours.
