Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Freeze Brie 30 minutes til firm
  2. Slice Brie in half horizontally
  3. Combine butter, cherries, pecans & thyme
  4. Evenly spread mixture on one round of Brie, cut side up
  5. Top with other piece of Brie, cut side down
  6. Lightly press together. Wrap in plastic wrap
  7. Refrigerate 1 - 2 hours
  8. To serve, bring to room termperature
