Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning
  • 4 -6 oz brie cheese, with rind cut into slices

Directions:

  1. Form the meat into 4 patties.
  2. Season each side of patties with a teaspoon of the montreal steak seasoning.
  3. Divide the sliced brie between half the patties.
  4. Place remaining patties on top and press the edges to seal.
  5. Grill over hot coals, pan-fry, or broil until cooked through, turning once halfway through cooking.
