  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp rubbed sage
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Combine, stuff into casings & set overnight in fridge.
