Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/8 cup water
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp dry milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in bread maker.
  2. Use dough mode.
  3. Remove dough and place in lightly oiled bowl.
  4. Cover, let rise in warm area for 30 mins.
  5. Form into 4 equal balls (or 2 depending on your use/purpose.)
  6. Cover and let rest 15 mins.
  7. Roll out into circle or pat into pan.
  8. Use your choice of toppings.
  9. Bake at 400oF for 15 - 20 minutes or till crust is golden brown.
