Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove bread crusts from bread slices.
  2. Cut into medium size squares.
  3. Deep fry the slices in hot oil till golden brown on both sides.
  4. Soak the slices in milk for half an hour.
  5. Heat a heavy bottomed vessel.
  6. Add the soaked bread slices, sugar, cream and cocoa powder.
  7. Keep stirring till it reaches halwa consistency.
  8. Add ghee at the end just before removing from flame.
  9. Garnish with the fried nuts.
  10. Serve hot.
