Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grill chicken breasts in olive oil.
  2. Brown bacon in same pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Chop and saute the onions.
  4. Tear the procetto.
  5. Make the white sauce:.
  6. Cook the butter and flour over med-low for 5 minutes continually stirring.
  7. Heat the milk and microwave and add to butter and flour, cook until smooth and thick.
  8. Add the cheeses, salt and pepper, onions, procetto, and chicken.
  9. Cook until the cheese are melted and the ingredients are combined.
  10. Boil water for pasta, add salt.
  11. Once boiling, add pasta.
  12. Cook pasta as directed on package (about 10-12 minutes) then drain.
  13. Return pasta to pan and add cream sauce.
