Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add flour and mix well.
  3. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, bring mixture to boiling point.
  4. Add corn, sugar, salt, and pepper, heat throughly.
  5. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.
  6. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake 350 degrees for 25 min, or until firm.
