Bow-Tie Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  3. Place pasta and chicken in a large bowl.
  4. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over med-high heat.
  5. Whisk in flour; cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute or until smooth.
  6. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
  7. Bring mixture to a boil, decrease heat to med-low, and gradually stir in cheddar cheese until smooth.
  8. Stir in salt and pepper.
  9. Stir cheese sauce into pasta mixture.
  10. Spoon pasta mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  11. Top with pasta sauce, and sprinkle with Italian cheese blend.
  12. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
