  1. Chop everything up, make dressing, combine it all, and toss. You can serve this on a bed of lettuce or just eat it straight up
  2. Dressing: Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor. Add the yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, hot sauce and salt, and blend until smooth.
