Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs peanuts
  • 1/2 cup cajun spices
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced (optional)

Directions:

  1. Wash and soak peanuts overnight.
  2. Place in crockpot and fill with water and add spices.
  3. Cook for 24 hours.
