Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs per serving
  • anything you want to mix in

Directions:

  1. Boil a large pot of water
  2. Beat the eggs till frothy
  3. Pour 1/2 to3/4 cup of the eggs into a heavy duty zip-lock sandwich bag
  4. Add what you like to the eggs, (cheese mushrooms ,diced ham, etc)
  5. Drop all the bags into the boiling water. (make sure none of them hang over the side)
  6. Boil for 20 mins or so
  7. Remove from the water, and unzip, and dump onto a plate. (they won't stickto the bag)
  8. They come out nice and fluffy
