Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add blueberries.
  5. Mix the yogurt and oil and add to the mixture.
  6. Stir gently to form a soft, sticky dough.
  7. Turn the dough out onto a well floured board and pat into a 1/2 inch thick round pieces.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar and chopped nuts on top, pressing gently into the dough.
  9. Cut the dough into eight wedges and place on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake until lightly browned and firm, about 25 minutes.
  11. Makes 8 scones.
