Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add blueberries and most of the water to a saucepan. Cook down approx 5-10 min
  2. Add lime juice
  3. Add sweetener of choice
  4. Add arrowroot mixture
  5. Mash slightly to desired consistency
  6. Continue to cook on low heat stirring occaisionally until thickened.
  7. Will also thicken a bit more upon cooling
  8. Store in glass containers if possible and refrigerate.
