Blueberry Oat Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Heat waffle iron and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Combine pancake mix, oats and sugar. Mix in water, egg and oil.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Pour 1/3 cup batter into each waffle space. Bake 5 minutes or until golden brown.
