Blueberry Muffins!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oatmeal, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix in blueberries.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg just a little bit. Mix in the milk and vegetable oil.
  4. Put everything into the large bowl.
  5. Mix about 30 times. (Muffin mixture should be lumpy).
  6. Spoon in the muffin mix into muffin cups, to about 2/3 of the way up.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  8. Cool muffins on wire rack.
