Blueberry Crumble

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or oleo

Directions:

  1. Crumb ingredients together and place one half in a 8 x 8 pan, pressing down firmly.
  2. Cover with blueberries.
  3. Cover berries with rest of crumb mixture.
  4. Press down firmly.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Cut in squares.
  8. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
