Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of the blueberries, 1/4 cup water, sugar and lime juice & zest.
  2. Stir and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn down heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch into the last 1/4 cup water. Mix until disolved and add to bluberry/lime mixture.
  5. Stir until it thickens.
  6. Add remaining cup of blueberries.
  7. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
  8. Add cinnamon.
  9. Pour over warm cresents and serve alongside ice cream if desired..
