Blueberry Cream Whip

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups canned blueberries
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Combine berries and marshmallows and place in refrigerator.
  2. Whip cream until stiff.
  3. When berry mixture is well chilled fold in whipped cream then stir in nuts.
  4. Chill until ready to serve
