Blue Cheese Sauce -- Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine first three items in small sauce pan.
  2. Gently heat (low) until butter melts.
  3. Add blue cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Spoon / drizzle over broccoli.
