Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shells.
  2. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
