Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2-1 lb bacon , depending on taste

Directions:

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonaise and diced tomato.
  2. Cook and crumble bacon and add to above mixture.
  3. Mix everything together and serve on toast (we toast bread and cut it into four pieces to serve).
  4. Can also be served as sandwiches.
