Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour and steak seasoning in a small bowl; stir well.
  2. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
  3. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil.
  4. Place over medium high heat until hot.
  5. Add pork chops; cook for 5 minutes on each side or until done.
  6. Remove pork chops from skillet.
  7. Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
  8. Add preserves, soy sauce, lemon juice, cinnamon and curry to skillet.
  9. Bring just to boiling, stirring occasionally to dissolve preserves.
  10. Cover and remove preserves from heat.
  11. Ladle sauce over chops and garnish with fresh blackberries. Serve.
