Blackberry Herb Filet Mignon

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/16 oz grillmates marinade
  • 1 talespoon herbes de provence
  • 1/3 cup cognac
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup blackberry
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. In a ziploc bag add all ingrients except butter.
  2. Marinate 6-8 hours.
  3. Remove bag 30 minutes before cooking.
  4. Melt butter in heavy bottom skillet.
  5. Sear steaks until desired doneness.
  6. 5 minutes each side for rare, 10 minutes each side for well done.
