Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease 4 6 ounce ramkin cups and coat with 2 tablespoon sugar
  3. Combine egg yolks and 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. Blend until mixture turns light yellow
  5. Add cream
  6. Skim off surface foam
  7. Add blackberries, reserve 3-4 berries
  8. Mash reserved berries with 2 tablespoons sugar and a few DROPS of water.
  9. Set Aside
  10. Pour egg mixture into the cups in a 2 inch deep pan filled with enough water to come half way up the sides of ramkins.
  11. Bake 45 minutes or until firm.
  12. Remove from pan and let cool aabout 1 hour.
  13. Turn upside down onto a small plate, and cover with the mashed berries... SERVE AND ENJOY!
