Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pot.
  2. Saute onions until tender and then add garlic.
  3. Drain a little liquid (not all) from the beans and add.
  4. Add vinegar and spices.
  5. Simmer.
