Good with Cuban pork roast and also with rice.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 teaspoon oil
1 small onion
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash hot pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pot.
2. Saute onions until tender and then add garlic.
3. Drain a little liquid (not all) from the beans and add.
4. Add vinegar and spices.
5. Simmer.
