Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain 1 can of Beans and Smash by Hand
  2. (I Put Them in A Ziplock and Squish Them By Hand Less Mess)
  3. The Other Can of Beans , Just Add to the Pot...(Don't Drain)
  4. Warm Beans in a Large Pot.
  5. Add Spices and Salt to Taste.
  6. Pour Beans into a 8 x 8 Casserole Dish and Top with Cheese.
  7. Melt the cheese in the oven under the broiler until melted,
  8. Remove from oven and top with salsa, tomatoes, and sour cream.
  9. Top with onions and serve
