Biscuits au gruau de Louise

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp canelle
  • 1 cup d'eau
  • 1 cup de graisse
  • 2 cup farine
  • 2 cup gruau
  • 1 cup raisin
  • 1 tsp soda a pate
  • 1 cup sucre

Directions:

  1. Faire bouillir les raisins dans une tasse d'eau jusqu'a ce qu'il reste 1/2 tasse
  2. Defaire la graisse en creme
  3. Ajouter le sucre petit a petit et les oeufs
  4. Ajouter le soda dans l'eau
  5. Refroidir
  6. Ajouter la farine la poudre a pate et une pince de sel et le gruau et la canelle
  7. Mettre sur une tole par cuillere
  8. Cuire au four a 450F
