Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put oat flakes and yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Wash apples or peel if preferred.
  3. Grate 1 apple and mix into the bowl.
  4. Cut the other in pieces, remove core, then add it into the bowl and mix well.
  5. Add honey according to your own taste.
  6. Add a bit of milk to prevent the Birchermüesli from being too stiff.
  7. Chill and serve. Or serve immediately.
  8. *Variations:
  9. You may add 2 to 3 tablespoons of ground almonds and/or hazelnuts.
  10. Take any kind of berries, oranges or other fruits instead of/or in addition to the apples. I normally put in bananas as well. Add a finishing touch using some berries.
