Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb ham
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Slice potatoes & ham.
  2. Boil potatoes until half done.
  3. Place in baking dish in layers.
  4. Bake at 375* with lid on for 1 hour.
  5. Then bake 15 minutes with lid off.
