Ingredients:

  • 1 yam, between 3/4 # to 2
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup bourban whiskey
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place yam on foiled line sheet. Bake til tender and it begins to ooze syrup. About 45 minutes or so. Cool enough to handle. Skin and put in a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients. Mix with a hand mixer. Cover and gently heat.
