Ingredients:

  • 1/2-3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients in bowl starting with 1/2 cup sugar.
  3. Add more sugar until dough is not too sticky to roll into balls.
  4. Do just that and roll them into one inch balls.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Flatten with fork.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, careful not to overbake.
  8. How easy was that?
